Terms of use
CallAssist, operated by Mobil80. Last updated 21 October 2026. Hackathon preview.
What CallAssist does
When you ask, CallAssist phones people on your CallAssist team in an AI voice, passes on your task or message, and reports their answer back to you. It does not connect you into a live call, and it does not book or pay for anything.
Your responsibilities
- Only add people who have agreed to receive AI-voice calls from CallAssist for you, and record that agreement.
- Use CallAssist for your own tasks and messages, not for sales, marketing, debt collection or harassment.
- Don't ask CallAssist to handle tasks about children, emergencies, or anything illegal.
How CallAssist behaves
- It reads back every call and cancellation and acts only after your clear "yes".
- It says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call.
- It stops calling anyone who says "stop", for good.
- It calls only 8 AM to 9 PM in the called person's time zone, and limits how many calls it makes per day.
No guarantees
People may not answer, may say no, or may not do what they agreed. CallAssist reports what it was told and can't guarantee the result. Not for emergencies: call 911.
Changes and ending
You can unlink CallAssist in the Alexa app at any time. This is a hackathon preview and may change or stop without notice.
